I knew Cell would win against Dabura. I have noticed people wondering "who" was stronger when it came to question.
I remember seeing and hearing in the series when the Z-fighters first encountered the King of Demons himself. Goku mentioned that Dabura wasn't that strong, and that Cell was much tougher. I'd say between the two, they would be well-matched opponents. Dabura could turn someone to stone with his spit. Cell could regenerate with every damage he took.
In this fight: Cell won. He just "de-throned" the King of Demons.
